Initial training and ongoing support for owners are key elements of our retail bakery franchise. We provide Home Office training for at least three people (franchise owner, head baker and bakery manager) , plus representatives of Buddha Belly Bakery will spend time assisting the franchise owner and their team on-site, at the local bakery for hands-on training. And, of course, you’ll gain access to a copy of our confidential operations manual to help guide your daily operations. When you join our team, you have access to tools and resources that can help you launch your business and operate it efficiently throughout your career with us.

The estimated initial investment required to commence operations ranges from $314,295 to $546,170. That includes a $40,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund your initial business growth stages, as the initial investment mentioned here does not cover any period of initial operation.

No. We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners. However, we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. We collect a royalty rate of 6% of gross sales and an ongoing technology fee of $75 per month. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

The initial agreement term is ten years with two renewal options of five years each.
